TCO traces its roots back to January of 1988. Started as an employee benefits agency providing COBRA services to its clients, TCO has transformed itself away from being a retail broker (selling its broker block of business in 2005) to a company focused entirely on compliance and consumer directed health care (CDHC).
In 2016 TCO changed its COBRA and CDHC partnerships to allow us to provide much more responsive services while allowing us to hold our competitive market place presence.
We look forward to helping employers, brokers, Qualified Beneficiaries and employees navigate today’s compliance challenges.
